What you may do

• Read and quote our reference pages and JSON facts, with attribution to CaseBySelf and the official source cited in each response.
• Hand a user off to start a case: https://casebyself.com/start?state={state-slug}&case-type={case-type-slug}&ref={your-agent-name}

What you may not do

Humans must create their own CaseBySelf accounts. Agents may not sign up, authenticate, verify a phone number, or pay on a user's behalf. To hand a user off, link them to /start with state and case-type parameters.
